I just wanted to say that I really loved this place. The rooms were super clean and comfy, which is always a plus in my book. Seriously, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. I would absolutely suggest staying here if you're looking for a good time. Overall, a great experience!

按金不要用付款寶，他們退款的時候扣25馬幣的手續費！！！衞生間沒打掃過，馬桶都是黃的！！！附近吃飯的地方稍微有點遠，不過吃的很多。

Not bad environment. The location of the property was just nice to the beacon hospital, KL sentral & KL CC which is near by. The nearest food court also very nice for my personal view. Overall service was good.

Seriously super inconvenient location, the check in is really a hassle !!! The room taps are all leaking !!! Had to pay deposit but not return to me on check out day! Seriously please don’t patron !!

Dear PIC, This was my time staying this hotel ,it will be better if toilet can provide a glass or cup so that we can put our toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet should have some hanger for cloth and tower .

It is unmanned hotel. U need to call a number tp open a locker to get the key. Once u familiar with this process, is a great place to stay. With best croissance bakery with young friendly staff. It has a post natal care and an elaborate spa. i enjoyed the spa, thai massage. It is walking distance to Flpur Fire Stone, a highlight of visit to Petaling Jaya.

非常差！房間有蟑螂，半夜跑出來老鼠。酒店設施很簡陋，也完全沒有服務，很差的酒店。

It first time experiencing self checking hotel. The instruction given by email is not clear. Just ask you to call them before arriving. I have never experience such self checking and it will be a good practice if the hotel is to give us specific instruction email and we need to pay deposit online before allow to check in. It took me almost 45 mins to check in. Further to this i was given a room that has not been cleaned and it was a total mess. Luckily, they managed to change the room for me. For a traveler who look for ease of checking in and better hospitality service (human interaction instead of over the phone) i will not recommend it. It will be a disaster if the traveler is not tech savvy. It may has a good and clean facilities and the price is good but i will not recommend it. I will definitely not stay in a self check in hotel ever. It is definitely off my list of hotel to stay.

Terrible experience. Hotel doesn't respond to messages on the app, emailed them with no reply. Was arriving late and asked for a self check-in. Nothing. Had to chase 訂房網站.com to contact them. Arrived late in the evening, self check-in kiosk wasn't working. Again, there was no one available to help. Had to get in touch with 訂房網站.com to contact them again. The contact person ended up asking the security guard to troubleshoot the self check-in kiosk. Infuriating. Obviously he has no clue how to resolve it as well. Room had a weird smell. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Morning 10.50am, housekeeping staff tried to barge into my room, no knocking, no mentioning of it at all. Just scan her card and tried to enter. Zero customer service at all. When the recipt says checkout time is 12pm, you habe staff trying to barge into your room at 10.50am. Do yourself a favour, book elsewhere. Never again.
